Bryan Goebel

Managing editor, weekend talk show host and reporter at Sacramento's news/talk station. Hosted "Inside Sacramento," a weekly examination of state politics. Served as acting news director and covered a number of high-profile criminal cases, including O.J. Simpson, the Unabomber and the trial of serial killer Dorothea Puente. Awarded the "California Journalism Award" by the California State University, Sacramento in 1995 for coverage of Proposition 209, the anti-affirmative action measure. Winner of the Silver Medallion Award from the California Bar Association for a series of investigative reports on Sacramento County Juvenile Hall. Named "Favorite Radio Personality" by the Lambda Gay and Lesbian Center for coverage of the 1993 Gay March on Washington.
